3D printed PPE face shields for the NHS

We are currently manufacturing and supplying PPE face shields/visors using a 3D printed frame and a clear A4 PVC sheet. We’re trying to keep the design simple, quick and affordable to manufacture. We can sterilise and disinfect the frames in-house or we can send the frames to a central place to be disinfected if preferred.

These visors can either be reusable or disposable.
We only use PLA plastic to print because it's one of the least aggressive plastics to the environment as it’s derived from renewable resources such as corn starch or sugar cane. PLA is also easily recyclable..

We can supply any numbers from a single unit all the way to 10000+ units Currently we have the capacity to manufacture approximately 1000 units per day.

So far we've manufactured 4000 units for the Imperial College and currently have 3 more enquiries waiting for confirmation. We can deliver via DHL, DPD, Parcel Force or overnight Royal Mail delivery. Or use a courier service for same day delivery within London if they are urgent.

Happy to send some free samples to be analysed and receive feedback.
